Standard Formula:
⌊lvl × 0.2⌋ + (mlvl × x) + y
For Ultimate Healing:
Min: ⌊lvl × 0.2⌋ + (mlvl × 7.22) + 44
Max: ⌊lvl × 0.2⌋ + (mlvl × 12.79) + 79
Example Calculation (Level 500, Magic Level 100):
Min: ⌊500 × 0.2⌋ + (100 × 7.22) + 44 = 0
Max: ⌊500 × 0.2⌋ + (100 × 12.79) + 79 = 0
